The ORMIG 15iE is the most compact of its range, entirely radio-controlled crane with a capacity of 15 tonnes. The machine was conceived and designed to operate mainly indoors and in very confined spaces thanks to its very small dimensions: the width is 1.84 m and the height is 1.90 m.
In order to facilitate transport in all areas, the weight of the crane in the standard version is 13 tonnes.
Also the ORMIG 15iE, like all ORMIG models, has four points of support on the ground, in order to guarantee the best lateral stability during the translation phase with the applied load.
There are many options available including hydraulic and mechanical jibs, perfect where working heights are minimal. Furthermore, the crane can be equipped with front stabilizers (front jacks) positioned inside the frame to substantially increase the capacity.
With its extremely compact dimensions, the 30iEk is one of the latest models in ORMIG’s range of electric cranes.
Measuring just 4 metres in length and 2 metres in width, with a minimum weight of 16.5 tonnes for easy transport.
Like the other ORMIG models in the recent range, it is equipped with a hydraulically controlled and operated boom head, capable of lifting a maximum load of 30 tonnes over a 90° arc. It thus combines the operational flexibility of hydraulic jibs with the strength of mechanical jibs as standard equipment on the crane.
It also offers the option of fitting two front jacks within the chassis to stabilise the crane and increase its static lifting capacity at full reach, effectively doubling it in the lighter configurations.
It can be fitted with various radio controls, jibs for the hydraulic boom, stabilisers and self-levelling forks with a hydraulic side shift.
The ORMIG 40iEh, part of ORMIG’s mid-range lifting capacity series, features four load-capacity configurations that increase depending on the counterweights fitted, enabling it to operate as a 20-tonne, 24-tonne, 33-tonne or 40-tonne machine.
Like all the latest ORMIG models, it is equipped with a hydraulically operated boom head, capable of opening under loads of up to 40 tonnes.
The steering system is designed in the same way as the other ORMIG iE models, with four points of contact on the ground via twin wheels (2+2) on the rear axle, to ensure optimum lateral stability during travel with a load applied.
Radio control, front stabilisers to increase reach capacity, a jib for the hydraulic head and self-levelling forks with hydraulic side shift are available.
The ORMIG 50iEh, part of the medium-heavy range, is one of ORMIG’s latest developments. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tonnes and offers three different configurations thanks to its modular counterweights, enabling it to meet increasing load requirements whilst remaining lightweight for transport.
The crane has a base weight of just 20.5 tonnes, is equipped with a 50-tonne hydraulic jib at the tip of the boom and has the most compact overall dimensions for a 50-tonne capacity crane.
The ORMIG 50iEk also offers a wide range of optional extras: radio control, a jib for the hydraulic head, front stabilisers and self-levelling forks with a hydraulic side shift.
The ORMIG 75iEh, one of the latest additions to the range, has a maximum lifting capacity of 75 tonnes and offers six different configurations thanks to its modular counterweights, enabling it to meet increasing load requirements.
A common feature of the latest generation of ORMIG cranes is the hydraulic head at the tip of the boom, capable of opening hydraulically through an arc of up to 90°, with a maximum applied load of 75 tonnes.
The 75iEh model also features self-erecting counterweights, making it self-sufficient in terms of rigging. The four ground support points are guaranteed, as on all ORMIG models, with the added feature of three-setting pneumatic-hydraulic suspension, providing lateral stability during travel with a load applied.
The ORMIG 75iEh also offers a wide range of optional extras: radio control, winch with rope, jib for the hydraulic head, front stabilisers, hydraulic forks…
